At Bramley Home Care we know how important it is for our clients to stay happy, active and engaged. We therefore have a programme of assisted activity outings to help combat loneliness, encourage smiles and inspire our Home Care clients to live as fulfilled a life as possible.

Each outing is fully risk assessed and planned with our clients safety and enjoyment in mind. A fully qualified carer will assist and accompany you and transport is provided in our Bramley Care's wheelchair/accessible friendly minibus.

We can also offer you accompanied appointments to our very own hair salon at Bramley House.

Organised activities
We offer a wide range of activities within our residential care homes Bramley House and The Old Rectory and our Home Care clients are welcome to come along and join in.
​
We also have regular visits from a wide range of fascinating individuals and groups, providing activities from singalongs to flower arranging. We especially love our animal visitors too!

Afternoon tea
Join us on the minibus and treat yourself to an afternoon tea outing. We have carefully picked a selection of accessible tea rooms that are waiting to welcome you.
Enjoy a nice cup of tea, delicious food and a good old chat!
Appointments, shopping trips etc...
Our selected shopping trips include destinations such as local garden centres, high street gift shops and boutiques. We will accompany and assist you in finding that special treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one.

With safety in mind, we will pick you up, ensure that your mobility needs are met and accompany you on your shop.
