​Do I need Wifi or a landline to set up the sensors or the home hub?

No, your Bramley Pre Care home hub is supplied with its own 4g ready mobile connection, so you don't need anything else to get it up and running.

What are the range of the sensors?

The home hub and sensors are designed to be used in a medium sized house. However, if you experience any connection issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

What happens if my home hub loses power?

Don't worry, your home hub has a backup battery for emergency situations.

​

What's included in my subscription?

Your monthly subscription includes the Home Hub with cellular connection, a range of sensors plus access to your personalised insights and emergency call centre depending on your chosen package

How do I update personal details

Simply log into the app, and update your personal details, alternatively feel free to give us a call as this may be something our team can do remotely.

How do I monitor each sensor?

The system will be paired up to each of the sensors prior to installation, according to your requirements. From the app you will then be able to see which sensor is being triggered at what time. After a short period of learning, the app will start to identify any areas which are out of the 'usual range' for each individual's personal routine.

How do I set up rules/alerts?

Alerts are triggered when the system detects changes in activity patterns. You can personalise these rules/alerts to what matters most to you and your family. For example, you could set up a rule/alert via the app to notify you if an outside door sensor is triggered after 10pm at night.

How do I protect mine or my loved one's privacy?

We understand that privacy is important to you and your loved ones, that is why our systems don't record video or sound. Furthermore, all data is stored securely on encrypted servers, by our tec (technology enabled care) partners, The Access Group.

How many users can access the data?

The app is not limited to a specific number of users, meaning that all members of your care circle can gain insights with permission.

Can I add more sensors and smart plugs to my package?

Yes, additional door and motion sensors and smart plugs can be purchased on an individual basis in order to enhance your package.. .
