Located at the foot of Hambledon Hill, Millbrook House is an elegant, spacious Georgian residence set in two acres of beautiful gardens in the North Dorset village of Child Okeford.

Our aim is to care for people who no longer wish to be troubled by the day to day chores of keeping a home, but want to enjoy the style of life they have always known. Millbrook House provides this, along with excellent care in a homely and loving atmosphere –a place that residents can really call “home”.

Testimonials...

The consistency of care quality that I have witnessed (sometimes when my presence was known and sometimes when it was not) has been remarkable. Suffice to say that not once during the entire period of my aunt’s and my mother’s occupancy did I have any cause for concern that they were not being looked after in every detail in the best possible way and with total respect.

I will be forever grateful for this considerate and compassionate kindness which comes from the heart rather than the rule book and which has permeated by example from the top throughout all staff at Millbrook House.

I consider Millbrook House to be an exemplary Care Home where residents are looked after in every respect with total professionalism, compassion and kindness.

Thank you for the happy home you gave my Father. The highly professional skills of the staff are hidden behind a kind and relaxed manner, respect for the resident and their family.
